If you are already doing fairly well with your exercise and nutrition routine OR would like to ramp up the program even more then this is a great option. I put together a simple-to-follow nutrition guide that is easy to prepare and follow.
Using these guidelines is not necessary for the program to work. On the contrary, if you are just getting started or have trouble sticking to meal guidelines then I recommended to stick to the regular program, and once you complete the 6 weeks and have some momentum you can begin to implement the nutrition guidelines.
