As a personal trainer and strength coach for the last 32 years, I have had the amazing experience of working with clients at every level. From average Janes/Joes, weekend warriors, middle school, college, and pro athletes as well as pre and post-rehab training I have the unique experience to help you reach your goals.

Lastly, I will design customized workout programs to help you reach your goals safely as fast as possible.
Here is how it works.
All of the programs are delivered using my state-of-the-art app and software that you can use on your phone, tablet, or computer.
The programs include full exercise descriptions, video demonstrations, sets, reps, tempo, and time to help ensure that you are doing the exercises correctly, in the right order, and for the proper number of sets and reps.
You can also use the app to ask me questions or concerns that arise.
Each program is designed for 4-6 weeks depending on your goals.
Programs can be designed for at home (limited equipment), at the gym, and for travel.
The price for each 4-6 week block is $60.
